For quite a long time, I have been putting together untranslated cookbooks and volunteer translaters. The purpose of this page is to shift the first stages of that project to the web. It contains links to scanned images of pages from several untranslated early cookbooks. Anyone interested in translating one of them is invited to try translating some of the material here and, if still interested, EMail me for a hardcopy of more of the source.
